Nursing care of elderly type 2 diabetes patients with acute myocardial infarction
老年 2 型糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死患者的护理

摘要

目的 以老年 2 型糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象，探析对患者生存质量提升的有效护理 措施。方法 选取在本院就诊治疗的 84 例老年 2 型糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象，病理采集时间段 为 2020 年 6 月-2022 年 6 月间，以双盲法分组，其中 42 例患者纳入参照组接受常规护理，而另外 42 例患者则纳 入研究组接受综合护理。统计比较两组的血糖水平、心功能、自我管理水平、并发症。结果 对患者实施护理干 预后，研究组的血糖、心功能指标水平及自我管理水平均要优于对照组水平（P<0.05）。结论 在老年 2 型糖尿 病合并急性心肌梗死患者的护理中开展综合护理，能够有效对患者控制患者血糖水平波动，促进改善患者心功能， 减少并发症，提高患者自我管理水平。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effective nursing measures for improving the quality of life of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes combined with acute myocardial infarction.
Methods 84 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with acute myocardial infarction who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The pathological collection period was from June 2020 to June 2022. They were divided into double blind groups. 42 patients were included in the reference group for routine care, while the other 42 patients were included in the study group for comprehensive care. Compare the blood glucose levels, cardiac function, self-management level, and complications between the two groups. Result After implementing nursing interventions on patients, the blood glucose, cardiac function indicators, and self-management levels of the study group were better than those of the control group （P<0.05 ）. And the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）.
Conclusion   Comprehensive nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes combined with acute myocardial infarction can effectively control the fluctuation of blood sugar level, promote the improvement of heart function, reduce complications, and improve the self-management level of patients.
