摘要
目的 综合护理在脑卒中继发癫痫护理中所起到的作用分析。方法 在 2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 1 月期
间，我们选择了 92 名因脑卒中继发癫痫在我们科就诊的患者进行调研。所有参与者都接受了对症治疗和护理。
根据护理方案将患者分为两组。每组的病例数为（46）例。根据护理方案将患者分为常规组和研究组。常规组所
采用的护理方案为常规护理，研究组则采用优质护理。总结与探究 2 种护理方案实施效果。结果 （1）护理前常
规组病人生活质量评分与研究组相比并无明显差异，（P>0.05）；护理后常规组生活质量评分有所提高，与护理
前相比存在明显差异（P<0.05）；护理后研究组生活质量评分有所提高，与护理前相比存在明显差异（P<0.05）。
护理后常规组生活质量评分低于研究组，相比存在明显差异（P<0.05）。（2）常规组 21.74%并发症发生率高于
研究组的 2.17%，相比存在明显差异（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理在脑卒中继发癫痫护理中所起到的作用优异，
此方案值得临床应用与普及。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the role of comprehensive nursing in nursing epilepsy secondary to stroke.
Methods From January 2021 to January 2022, 92 patients with epilepsy secondary to stroke were selected for
investigation in our department. All participants received symptomatic treatment and care. Patients were divided into two
groups according to the care plan. The number of cases in each group was (46). Patients were divided into routine group
and study group according to the nursing plan. The routine group adopted routine care and the study group adopted
superior care. Summarize and explore the implementation effect of two nursing programs. Results (1) Before nursing,
there was no significant difference in life quality score between the conventional group and the research group (P>0.05);
The score of life quality of routine group after nursing was improved, and there was significant difference compared with
that before nursing (P<0.05). The life quality score of the study group was improved after nursing, and there was
significant difference compared with that before nursing (P<0.05). The quality of life score of the routine group after
nursing was lower than that of the study group (P<0.05）. (2) The complication rate of 21.74% in the conventional group
was higher than that of 2.17% in the study group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing plays an excellent role in
nursing secondary epilepsy after stroke, and this program is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
