Application of gel pad in gynecological operation in modified lithotomy position
改良式截石位使用啫喱垫在妇科手术中的应用

摘要

目的 探究在妇科手术中，改良式截石位使用啫喱垫的应用效果。方法 从 2022年 1 月～2022年 12 月我院收治的妇科手术患者 82例作为研究重点人群，分为对照组（41）、观察组（41）两个组别，分别通过常规 截石位进行手术、改良式截石位使用啫喱垫进行手术，对比两组干预效果。结果 观察组生理、心理、环境、社 会文化以及舒适度（GCQ）总评分均高于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组 （2.44%VS19.52%），差异明显（P＜0.05）；观察组护理总满意度（100.00%）高于对照组（80.49%），差异显著（P ＜0.05）；观察组手术时间以及术中出血量均少于对照组，差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论 采用改良式截石位使用啫 喱垫进行妇科手术，可提高患者舒适度，减少并发症，提升患者满意度，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of gel pad in modified lithotomy position in gynecological surgery.
Methods From January 2022 to December 2022, 82 gynecological surgery patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the key population of this study. They were divided into two groups: control group (41) and observation group (41). They were operated on conventional lithotomy position or modified lithotomy position with gel pad, and the intervention effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The total scores of physiology, psychology, environment, social culture and comfort (GCQ) in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were significant (P<0.05). The complication rate of observation group was lower than control group (2.44%VS19.52%), the difference was significant (P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group （100.00%) was higher than that of the control group (80.49%), and the difference was significant (P<0.05). The operation time and intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The modified lithotomy position using gel pad for gynecological surgery can improve the comfort of patients, reduce complications and improve patient satisfaction, which is worth popularizing.
