摘要
目的 探究神经内科护理中对脑卒中康复护理的临床效果。方法 在我院就诊的脑卒中患者中选取
90 例，时间：2022 年 3 月~2023 年 3 月，随机均等分组，对照组 45 例接受常规干预，观察组 45 例行常规干预+
康复护理，分析组间干预效用。结果 经干预，观察组负性情绪、FMA、BI 评分、QLQ-C30 评分均优于对照组
（P<0.05）。结论 脑卒中患者接受康复护理，取得了确切疗效，可行。

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of stroke rehabilitation nursing in neurology nursing.
Methods 90 stroke patients were selected from our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023, and randomly divided into
equal groups. 45 patients in the control group received routine intervention, while 45 patients in the observation group
received routine intervention and rehabilitation nursing. The effectiveness of intervention between the groups was
analyzed. Results After intervention, the negative emotions, FMA, BI scores, and QLQ-C30 scores in the observation
group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients has
achieved definite curative effect and is feasible.
