Application of optimized nursing care in induced labor care of pregnant women with scar uterus during thesecond trimester of pregnancy
优化护理在妊娠合并瘢痕子宫孕妇孕中期引产护理中的应用

摘要

目的 分析瘢痕子宫妇女中期妊娠引产护理中采取优化护理的效果。方法 本研究所选入的对象为瘢 痕子宫妇女中期妊娠引产患者。于 2022 年 1 月-2023 年 1 月共纳入 52 例。分组方法为随机数字表法，分为护理 A 组及护理 B 组，每组 26 例。其中护理 A 组采取优化护理，护理 B 组行常规护理，评价两组护理效果。 结果 出 血量、产程时间及宫缩时间中护理 A 组在较少/短，引产成功率中护理 A 组高，清宫率中护理 A 组低。并发症发 生率中护理 A 组低。结论 优化护理在瘢痕子宫妇女中期妊娠引产护理中的效果显著，该方法值得推广临床。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of optimized nursing care in the induction of labor for women with scar uterus during the second trimester of pregnancy.
Methods The subjects selected for this study were women with scar uterus who underwent induced labor during the second trimester of pregnancy. A total of 52 cases were included from January 2022 to January 2023. The method of grouping was random number table method, and they were divided into nursing group A and nursing group B, with 26 cases in each group. Among them, nursing group A received optimized nursing care, while nursing group B received routine nursing care. The nursing effects of the two groups were evaluated.
Results The bleeding volume, labor process time, and uterine contraction time in nursing group A were less/shorter, the success rate of induced labor in nursing group A was higher, and the rate of uterine clearance in nursing group A was lower. The incidence of symptoms in nursing group A was low.
Conclusion   The effect of optimized nursing care in the induction of labor for women with scar uterus during mid-term pregnancy is significant, and this method is worth promoting in clinical practice.
