协同式待产心理护理在初产妇中的应用

摘要

目的 探究协同式待产心理护理在初产妇中的应用。方法 选取我院 2021 年 2 月～2022 年 3 月收治 的初产产妇 66 例，根据互联网系统随机选取模式选取其中 33 例，进行常规护理干预，即常规组。则剩下 33 例 产妇实施协同式待产心理护理，即观察组。并对两组产妇进行统计分析不良反应发生率、手术出血量以及协同式 待产心理护理满意度。结果 经过比较分析，观察组产妇不良反应发生率明显低于常规组产妇；观察组产妇手术 出血量情况对于常规组有显著改善，研究组患者的护理满意率明显高于常规组患者。且两组数据对比在统计学上 具有明显差异（P＜0.05）。结论 协同式待产心理护理在初产妇中的作用显著，可以提高孕妇满意度以及降低手 术出血量与不良反应发生情况。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application of collaborative psychological care for expectant labor in primipara.
Methods A total of 66 primiparous women admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to March 2022 were selected, and 33 of them were randomly selected according to the Internet system for routine nursing intervention, that is, the routine group. The remaining 33 women in the observation group were provided with collaborative psychological care for childbirth. The incidence of adverse reactions, the amount of surgical bleeding, and the degree of satisfaction with collaborative psychological care were statistically analyzed for the two groups of pregnant women.
Results After comparative analysis, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group; The observation group had a significant improvement in the amount of surgical bleeding compared to the conventional group, and the nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of patients in the conventional group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of data (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Cooperative psychological nursing for expectant labor plays a significant role in primipara, which can improve maternal satisfaction and reduce surgical bleeding and adverse reactions.
