摘要
目的 评价在急诊科行静脉输液治疗患者中开展治疗性沟通护理干预对其负性情绪的影响效果。方
法 此次研究病例为我医院急诊科就诊患者 96556 例中的 9227 例输液患者,运用随机数字表分组方式分为观察组
4614 例和对照组 4613 例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组开展治疗性沟通护理干预,将两组取得的护理效果进行
对比。结果 护理后,观察组患者对输液知识知晓率、焦虑程度及输液治疗依从性与对照组相比均得到显著改善,
一次穿刺成功率与对照组相比明显提高,输液治疗期间不良事件发生率少于对照组,最终患者对输液护理管理满
意度高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论 将治疗性沟通护理干预应用于急诊科静脉输液患者护理管理中,对于提升
临床护理服务质量、增强患者的身心舒适度以及配合度、改善患者焦虑情绪、减少输液不良事件发生、提高输液
安全性及效果发挥着重要性作用。

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of therapeutic communication nursing intervention on negative
emotions in patients in the emergency department. Methods The study cases were 9,227 infusion patients among 96,556
patients in the emergency department of our hospital, which were divided into 4614 cases of observation group and 4613
cases of control group by random number table. The control group adopted routine nursing, and the observation group
carried out therapeutic communication nursing intervention to compare the nursing effects achieved by the two groups.
Results After nursing, the awareness of infusion knowledge, anxiety and the compliance of infusion treatment were
significantly improved compared with the control group, the success rate of one puncture was significantly improved
compared with the control group, the incidence of adverse events during infusion treatment was less than that of the
control group, and the satisfaction of infusion nursing management was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion The application of therapeutic communication nursing intervention in the nursing management of
intravenous infusion patients in the emergency department plays an important role in improving the quality of clinical
nursing service, enhancing patients 'physical and mental comfort and coordination, improving patients' anxiety, reducing
the occurrence of infusion adverse events, and improving the safety and effect of infusion.
