Effect of targeted emergency nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients after cardiopulmonaryresuscitation
针对性急诊护理干预对心肺复苏后患者康复效果的影响

摘要

目的 分析针对性急诊护理干预对心肺复苏后患者康复效果的影响。方法 选取我院收治的 64 例心 肺复苏患者作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（32 例，使用常规护理）和观察组（32 例，使用 针对性急诊护理）。对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采 用针对性急诊护理后，其心功能指标、血气指标、并发症发生率均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 在心肺复苏患者护理中，采用针对性急诊护理能取得较佳的效果，可有效改善其心功能，稳定其血气指标， 降低并发症风险，从而促进其康复。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of targeted emergency nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Methods 64 patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation admitted to our hospital were selected as the study object, and were divided into control group (32 cases, using routine nursing) and observation group (32 cases, using targeted emergency nursing) according to the random number table method. The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed.
Results The two groups of patients achieved certain results after receiving nursing care, but the observation group had better cardiac function index, blood gas index and complication rate than the control group after adopting targeted emergency nursing care (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the nursing of patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation, targeted emergency nursing can achieve better results, effectively improve their cardiac function, stabilize their blood gas index, reduce the risk of complications, and promote their rehabilitation.
