Effect of high-quality nursing on psychological state and postoperative recovery of patients with ectopicpregnancy
优质护理对异位妊娠患者心理状态及术后恢复影响

摘要

目的 本文对优质护理进行研究，将其应用于异位妊娠患者护理工作中，分析其对患者心理状态及 术后恢复的影响。方法 此次研究对象共计 60 例，是随机选自 2021 年 1 月~2022 年 12 月期间在我院就诊的异位 妊娠患者，鉴于研究需要，将其分组进行对比分析，对比干预后两组 SAS 评分、SDS 评分、肛门排气时间、伤 口愈合时间、住院时间、护理满意度情况，并引用相关软件将数据予以整合、汇总。结果 整体护理效果显现观 察组护理结局尤为突出，且可行性显高，各项数据均优于对照组且护理满意度高达 96.7%，组间数据差异明显化， 均达到 P＜0.05 统计标准。结论 优质护理干预在异位妊娠患者护理工作中的有效实施，其护理价值显现，可使 患者保持最佳心理状态，可最大程度上提升患者康复速率，患者对该护理模式反响较好，建议推广运用。

Abstract

Objective To study high-quality nursing, apply it to the nursing of patients with ectopic pregnancy, and analyze its impact on the psychological state of patients and postoperative recovery.
Methods A total of 60 subjects in this study were randomly selected from patients with ectopic pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022. In view of the research needs, they were divided into groups for comparative analysis. After the intervention, the SAS scores, SDS scores, anal exhaust time, wound healing time, hospital stay, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared, and the data were integrated and summarized using relevant software.
Results The overall nursing effect showed that the nursing outcome of the observation group was particularly prominent, and the feasibility was significantly high. All the data were better than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was as high as 96.7%. The data difference between the groups was significant, and all reached the statistical standard of P<0.05.
Conclusion   The effective implementation of high-quality nursing intervention in the nursing work of patients with ectopic pregnancy shows its nursing value, can keep the patients in the best psychological state, and can maximize the recovery rate of patients. The patients have a good response to the nursing model, and it is recommended to promote its application.
