To explore the clinical effect of implementing the emergency emergency nursing process of medical and nursingintegration for patients with acute myocardial infarction （AMI）
探讨对急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者实施医护一体化急诊急救护理流程的临床效果

摘要

目的 讨论急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者实施医护一体化急诊急救护理流程的临床效果。方法 选取该 院 2021 年 12 月到 2022 年 12 月收治的 100 例 AMI 患者进行研究，均分为观察组和对照组，50 例行常规急诊急 救护理的患者为对照组，剩余患者接受医护一体化急诊急救护理流程护理，为观察组。结果 观察组症状发作至 急诊室时间、分诊时间、心电图、进出急诊室、PCI、门球、再灌注时间均较对照组更短；抢救成功率（96.00%） 及复发率（6.00%）较对照组的 84.00%和 20.00%更低；护理满意度（96.00%）高于对照组（74.00%），2 组相比， 差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 医护一体化急诊急救护理流程护理既能大大缩短抢救时间，又能使抢救 成功率得到可靠保障，值得广为运用。

Abstract

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of implementing the integrated medical and nursing emergency care process for patients with acute myocardial infarction （AMI）.
Methods 100 patients with AMI admitted to the hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected for study. They were divided into observation group and control group. 50 patients with routine emergency care were selected as the control group, and the remaining patients were treated with the integrated emergency care process of medical care as the observation group.
Results The time from symptom onset to emergency room, triage time, ECG, access to emergency room, PCI, goalball and reperfusion time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group; The rescue success rate (96.00%) and recurrence rate (6.00%) were lower than 84.00% and 20.00% in the control group; Nursing satisfaction (96.00%) was higher than that of the control group (74.00%), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05）.
Conclusion   The integrated medical and nursing emergency nursing process can not only greatly shorten the rescue time, but also ensure the success rate of rescue reliably and strictly control the complications, which is worthy of wide application.
