探讨后疫情时代护患沟通技巧在门诊输液护理中的效果

摘要

目的 分析后疫情时代在门诊输液护理中护患沟通技巧的应用效果。方法 抽取 2022 年 12 月-2023 年 3 月期间在我院门诊接受输液治疗的患者，共计 200 例，将其以随机信封法平均分成观察组和参照组两组，参 照组 100 例患者接受常规护理，对观察组 100 例患者在常规护理的基础上增加运用沟通技巧，对两组患者的输液 风险事件发生率以及患者对护理的满意度进行比较。结果 观察组患者输液风险事件发生率比参照组患者低，对 护理的满意度则高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 后疫情时代，在门诊输液护理过程中，恰当的运用护患沟通技巧 有利于降低患者输液风险事件发生率，提高患者满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of nurse-patient communication skills in outpatient infusion care in the post-epidemic era.
Methods A total of 200 patients received infusion treatment between December 2022 to March 2023, were divided into two groups: observation group and reference group by random envelope method, 100 patients in the reference group received routine care, 100 patients in the observation group, comparing the incidence of infusion risk events in the two groups and patient satisfaction with nursing.
Results Patients in the observation group had a lower incidence of infusion risk events than patients in the reference group, and their satisfaction with care was higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the post-epidemic era, the appropriate use of nurse-patient communication skills is conducive to reducing the incidence of patient infusion risk events and improving patient satisfaction.
