Application of Dehydration and Hypotension Drugs in Neurosurgical Nursing
脱水降压药在神经外科护理中的应用

摘要

目的 分析脱水降压药在神经外科护理中的应用效果。方法 本次研究对象为 2021 年 2 月-2022 年 2 月期间收治的 52 例神经外科患者，采取随机数字表法分为两组，其中一组为实验组，采取针对性护理，另一组 为参考组采取常规护理。每组为 26 例。比较分析两组护理效果。结果 实验组、参考组治疗有效率比对发现，实 验组显高（P＜0.05）。实验组、参考组药物不良反应发生率比对发现，实验组显低（P＜0.05）。结论 在神经外 科患者采取脱水降压药中配合有效的护理干预可促进治疗效果，有助于减少药物不良反应。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of dehydration and antihypertensive drugs in neurosurgical nursing.
Methods The subjects of this study were 52 neurosurgical patients admitted between February 2021 and February 2022. They were randomly divided into two groups using a digital table method. One group was the experimental group, receiving targeted nursing care, and the other group was the reference group, receiving routine nursing care. There were 26 cases in each group. Compare and analyze the nursing effects of the two groups.
Results Compared with the reference group, the effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05). The comparison between the experimental group and the reference group showed that the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Effective nursing intervention combined with dehydrating and hypotensive drugs in neurosurgical patients can promote the therapeutic effect and help to reduce adverse drug reactions.
