Analysis of the influence of humanized midwifery nursing on the way of delivery and mother and child inobstetrics
人性化助产护理对产科产妇分娩方式及母婴的影响分析

摘要

目的 就人性化助产护理对产妇分娩方式以及母婴安全的影响进行调研，提升自然分娩率，保障母 婴健康。方法 将 2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 6 月收入本院的 80 例产妇作为研究对象，按干预措施的不同均分为 40 例/组。对照组为常规护理，观察组为人性化助产护理，对比分娩以及母婴结局。结果 从数据可见，观察组中自 然分娩率高于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。同时，在对比产妇产后出血中，观察组低于对照组，差异 显著（P＜0.05）。此外，在产程对比中，观察组第一和第二产程用时短于对照组，在第三产程上两组产妇差异 不大。最后，在新生儿 Apgar 评分上观察组高于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对产妇进行人性化助产 护理指导，选择适合产妇的分娩方式，并有助于保障母婴安全，得到了产妇及其家属的认可，具备一定推广、应 用价值。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the impact of humanized midwifery nursing on the way of childbirth and the safety of mother and child, so as to improve the rate of natural childbirth and protect the health of mother and child.
Methods A total of 80 parturients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into 40 cases/group according to different intervention measures. The control group was routine nursing, the observation group was humanized midwifery nursing, and the outcomes of delivery and mother and child were compared.
Results It can be seen from the data that the rate of natural delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). At the same time, in the comparison of postpartum hemorrhage, the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). In addition, the duration of the first and second stages of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the third stage of labor. Finally, Apgar score of neonates in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Humanized midwifery nursing guidance for parturients, selection of delivery methods suitable for parturients, and help to protect the safety of mothers and children, has been recognized by parturients and their families, with a certain promotion and application value.
