摘要
目的 探究在肿瘤介入术后预防下肢深静脉血栓的临床护理要点与实施效果。方法 选择 2021 年 3
月至 2022 年 3 月期间我院收治的 68 例肿瘤介入术患者为本次研究对象，按照数字随机表法，平均分为对照组
（n=34）和实验组（n=34）,应用常规护理模式设为对照组，应用下肢深静脉血栓预防护理模式设为实验组，对
比不同护理模式下，两组下肢深静脉血栓发生率、干预前后生活质量变化和护理满意度。结果 干预后，实验组
下肢深静脉血栓发生率（2.94%）显著低于对照组（23.53%），差异存在统计学意义（P<0.05）；干预前两组生
活质量评分对比差异较小（P>0.05），干预后实验组生活质量评分显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；实验组护理满意
度（94.12%）显著高于对照组（73.53%）（P<0.05）。结论 下肢深静脉血栓预防护理模式可有效预防肿瘤介入
术后下肢深静脉血栓形成，改善患者术后恢复效果，提高其术后生活质量，增强患者对护理服务的满意认可度。

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical nursing points and implementation effect of preventing deep vein
thrombosis of lower extremity after tumor intervention. Method 68 cases of tumor interventional surgery patients
admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the objects of this study. According to the
method of digital random table, they were divided into control group (n=34) and experimental group (n=34). The
conventional nursing mode was set as the control group, and the lower limb deep vein thrombosis prevention nursing
mode was set as the experimental group. The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in lower limbs, changes in quality of
life before and after intervention and nursing satisfaction in two groups. Results After intervention, the incidence of deep
vein thrombosis of lower extremity in the experimental group (2.94%) was significantly lower than that in the control
group (23.53%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before intervention, there was little difference
in quality of life score between the two groups (P>0.05), and after intervention, the experimental group had significantly
higher quality of life score than the control group (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction of experimental group (94.12%） was
significantly higher than that of control group (73.53%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Lower extremity deep vein thrombosis
prevention nursing mode can effectively prevent lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after tumor intervention, improve
the postoperative recovery effect of patients, improve their postoperative quality of life, and enhance patients' satisfaction
of nursing services recognition.
