微信混合教学在 CCU 新入职护士培训中的应用

摘要

目的 回顾分析院内 CCU 新入职护士培训中实施微信混合教学的作用。方法 纳入时间为 2022.02-2023.02,将该时间段院内 CCU 新入职护士培训工作进行研究讨论,于 2022.02-08 期间采取常规模式开 展培训工作,于 2022.09-2023.02 期间实施微信混合教学,对相关数据信息进行收集与整理,最后利用统计学进 行处理。结果 应用微信混合教学后护士专科理论评分、操作考核评分、培训质量评分、CUU 护士专科护理质量、 护士对培训工作满意度等方面各项数据信息更佳(P<0.05)。结论 应用微信混合教学有助于 CCU 新入职护士培 训工作顺利开展,可提高护士专科理论与操作考核评分,在提升培训质量方面有着重要意义。

Abstract

Objective To review and analyze the role of WeChat hybrid teaching in the training of new nurses in CCU in the hospital.
Methods The inclusion period was 2022.02-2023.02. Research and discussion were conducted on the training of new CCU nurses in the hospital during this period. The training work was conducted in a conventional mode during 2022.02-08. WeChat mixed teaching was implemented during 2022.09-2023.02. Relevant data and information were collected and sorted, and finally processed using statistics.
Results After the application of WeChat hybrid teaching, various data information such as nurse specialist theoretical scores, operational assessment scores, training quality scores, CUU nurse specialist nursing quality, and nurse satisfaction with training work were better (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of WeChat hybrid teaching is conducive to the smooth development of training for new nurses in CCU, and can improve the theoretical and operational assessment scores of nursing specialties. It is of great significance in improving the quality of training.
