Effect of implementing high-quality nursing care for patients with severe acute pancreatitis
重症急性胰腺炎患者实施优质护理的效果

摘要

目的 分析探讨使用优质护理在重症急性胰腺炎治疗过程中的应用效果和价值。方法 选择我院收治 的患有重症急性胰腺炎的 50 例患者作为本次研究的对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，对照组使用常规护理法， 研究组在对照组的基础使用优质护理法。比较患者护理后的相关临床心理和睡眠的评分、总并发症率。结果 研 究组的相关临床心理和睡眠的评分、总并发症率均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 实施优质 护理在重症急性胰腺炎患者的治疗过程中有积极的临床意义，能降低患者在治疗过程中的并发症风险，提升患者 的生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and explore the application effect and value of high-quality nursing in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.
Methods Fifty patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study and randomly divided into a study group and a control group. The control group used conventional nursing methods, while the study group used high-quality nursing methods on the basis of the control group. Compare the clinical psychological and sleep scores and total complication rate of patients after nursing care.
Results The scores of clinical psychology and sleep, and the total complication rate in the study group were superior to those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing high-quality nursing has positive clinical significance in the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis, can reduce the risk of complications during the treatment process, and improve the quality of life of patients.
