摘要
目的 探讨精细化手术室护理在非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术患者中的应用效果。方法 将我院 2021
年 1 月-2022 年 12 月 90 例非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术患者，抽签法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施
精细化手术室护理。比较两组满意度、并发症率。结果 实验组满意度高于对照组，并发症率低于对照组，P＜0.05。
结论 非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术患者实施精细化手术室护理效果确切。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of refined operating room nursing in patients undergoing
off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods 90 patients with off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting in our
hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group was
given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given refined operation room nursing. The satisfaction and
complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than
that of the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The
effect of meticulous operation room nursing for patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting is accurate.
