Effect of seamless nursing on stress level and complications in patients undergoing initial painless gastroscopy
无缝隙护理对初次无痛胃镜检查患者应激水平及并发症的影响

摘要

目的 本文主要分析研究无缝隙护理应用于无痛胃镜检查患者中的临床效果，并针对患者应激水平 以及并发症等数据变化作具体叙述。方法 研究时间介入于 2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 1 月期间内进行，挑选在我院 进行初次无痛胃镜检查患者作为研究入组对象，共计人数 2600 例，结合奇偶数数字分组方法，将所有参与患者 均分两组（研究组、对照组），最后对两组间临床数据变化进行分析统计。结果 统计结果发现：研究组患者生理 应激指标（HR、SBP、P）水平、心率情况、血压情况、并发症发生率、焦虑评分、抑郁评分相比另一组均呈现 较高优势性，且整体效果更优异，差异体现 P＜0.05 显现统计学意义。结论 无缝隙护理临床应用于初次无痛胃 镜检查患者中，可改善患者应激水平，减少相关并发症发生率，降低不良情绪，临床中体现较高可行性。

Abstract

Objective This paper mainly analyzes and studies the clinical effect of seamless nursing in patients with painless gastroscopy, and specifically describes the data changes of patients' stress level and complications.
Methods study time intervention in January 2021 to January 2022, selected in our primary painless gastroscopy patients as the study object, a total of 2600 cases, combined with the parity number grouping method, all participating patients equally divided into two groups (study group, control group), the clinical data changes between the two groups.
Results Statistical results found that the physiological stress indicators (HR, SBP, P), heart rate, blood pressure, complication rate, anxiety score and depression score were all more dominant than the other group, and the overall effect was better, and the difference of P <0.05 showed statistical significance.
Conclusion   The clinical application of seamless nursing in patients with primary painless gastroscopy can improve the stress level of patients, reduce the incidence of related complications, reduce bad mood, and show high feasibility in clinical practice.
