个性化心理护理在晚期肺癌护理中的应用分析

摘要

目的 探讨晚期肺癌护理中采取个性化心理护理的效果。方法 纳入到本次研究的对象为晚期肺癌患 者，均在 2021 年 2 月-2022 年 2 月期间收治，共计 46 例。以随机数字表法分为实验组及参考组，其中参考组（n=23） 行常规护理，实验组（n=23）在常规护理基础上行个性化心理护理。分析对比 2 组护理效果。结果 焦虑、抑郁 评分比较发现实验组低（P＜0.05）。治疗依从性比较发现实验组高（P＜0.05）。癌痛控制效果比较发现实验组 高（P＜0.05）。护理满意度比较发现实验组高（P＜0.05）。结论 晚期肺癌护理中采取个性化心理护理有助于缓 解患者负面情绪，提升其治疗依从性，且能够促进癌痛控制效果，为此患者较为满意。该方法值得推广于临床。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of individualized psychological nursing in the nursing of advanced lung cancer.
Methods The subjects included in this study were patients with advanced lung cancer, who were treated from February 2021 to February 2022, a total of 46 cases. Randomized number table method was used to divide into experimental group and reference group. The reference group (n=23) received routine nursing, and the experimental group (n=23) received personalized psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.
Results The scores of anxiety and depression were lower in the experimental group (P<0.05). The treatment compliance of the experimental group was higher (P<0.05). The control effect of cancer pain was higher in the experimental group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction was higher in the experimental group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Individualized psychological nursing in the nursing of advanced lung cancer can help alleviate the negative emotions of patients, improve their treatment compliance, and promote the effect of cancer pain control, for which patients are more satisfied. This method is worth popularizing in clinic.
