摘要
目的 观察小儿水痘护理中实施舒适护理模式的效果。方法 选取 2020 年 9 月至 2022 年 10 月收治
的小儿水痘患儿 86 例，随机分为观察组和对照组各 43 例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组实施舒适护理模式，对
比效果。结果 观察组患儿相关指标改善时间均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组护理质量评分、舒适度评分、有
效率均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 舒适护理模式可有效提升护理质量，提高舒适度，价值较高。

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of comfort nursing mode in children with chickenpox. Methods 86
children with chickenpox admitted from September 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into observation group
and control group with 43 cases each. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was
given comfortable nursing mode, and the effect was compared. Results The improvement time of related indexes in the
observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); The nursing quality score, comfort score and
effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable
nursing mode can effectively improve nursing quality and comfort, and has high value.
