摘要
本文研究对象为 1 例高坠伤致颈椎骨折合并高位截瘫患者，在其入院后对其进行整体护理干预，主
要从心理护理、饮食护理、皮肤护理、康复护理、并发症护理等方面进行开展，经过手术和护理后患者病情得到
良好控制，神经恢复良好，双下肢肌力 4 级，负面情绪有所减轻，可积极配合临床治疗，治疗期间无并发症发生，
于 23 年 2 月 2 日顺利出院，现将护理体会分享如下。

Abstract
The object of this study was a case of cervical fracture complicated with high level paraplegia caused
by high fall injury. Holistic nursing intervention was carried out on the patient after admission, mainly from
psychological nursing, diet nursing, skin care, rehabilitation nursing, complication nursing and other aspects. After
surgery and nursing, the patient's condition was well controlled, the nerve recovery was good, and the muscle strength of
both lower limbs was level 4. Negative emotions were reduced, and she could actively cooperate with clinical treatment.
No complications occurred during treatment, and she was discharged from hospital successfully on February 2, 2010.
Now I would like to share my nursing experience as follows.
