Effect of free body position nursing in the first stage of labor on delivery outcome and labor duration under laboranalgesia
分娩镇痛下第一产程自由体位护理对分娩结局及产程时间的影响

摘要

目的 深入观察在产妇第一产程采取自由体位护理+分娩镇痛对分娩结局及产程时间的影响价值。方 法 本次实验研讨期限为 2021 年 6 月至 2022 年 6 月间，该项研究纳入样本为 80 例我院即将分娩产妇，分组基准 按照入院病床单双号划分，针对划入单号组产妇（40 例）实施常规体位护理+分娩镇痛策略，针对划入双号组产 妇（40 例）实施第一产程自由体位护理+分娩镇痛策略，并将相关数据进行收集整理，利用统计学方法予以比对。 结果 两种不同护理干预实施后，双号组产妇在产程时间上明显低于单号组，但在分娩结局上体现则显优单号组， 双号组自然分娩率更高（P＜0.05），临床差异性显著。结论 研究发现：第一产程开展自由体位护理+分娩镇痛 对产妇分娩结局及产程时间影响意义重大。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of free posture nursing+labor analgesia on the outcome and duration of labor in the first stage of labor.
Methods The research period of this experiment was from June 2021 to June 2022. The study included 80 pregnant women who were about to give birth in our hospital. The grouping criteria were divided according to the double number of the hospital bed sheet. For the pregnant women who were divided into the single number group (40 cases), the routine posture nursing+delivery analgesia strategy was implemented. For the pregnant women who were divided into the double number group (40 cases), the first stage of labor free posture nursing+delivery analgesia strategy was implemented, and the relevant data were collected and sorted, Use statistical methods to compare.
Results After the implementation of two different nursing interventions, the duration of labor in the double number group was significantly lower than that in the single number group, but the delivery outcome was significantly better in the single number group, and the natural delivery rate in the double number group was higher (P＜0.05).
Conclusion   The study found that the implementation of free posture nursing+labor analgesia in the first stage of labor has a significant impact on the outcome of labor and the duration of labor.
