摘要

目的 为有效减少内分泌科老年糖尿病患者的护理安全隐患发生，提高护理质量，对护理安全隐患 管理对策及效果作进一步探究，为临床提供参考依据。方法 以 2022 年 1 月-2022 年 12 月为研究时间，并择取期 间内在我院内分泌科诊治的老年糖尿病患者中的 703 例作为临床研究目标，依照患者治疗时间顺序予以分组，开 展常规护理的对照组（351 例）、开展护理安全隐患防范管理的观察组（352 例），根据研究数据对比临床护理 效果（从不良事件发生率、护理质量、护理满意度展开数据研究）。结果 统计研究表明，通过开展护理安全隐 患防范管理的观察组护理质量、护理满意度明显优于对照组，不良事件发生率更低，数据差异明显，P＜0.05， 存在对比意义。结论 分析表明，护理安全隐患管理可有效降低内分泌科老年糖尿病患者的安全隐患发生风险， 提高护理质量、护理满意度，护理效果显著，应用价值良好，对此方案建议大力推广应用。

Abstract

Objective In order to effectively reduce the occurrence of nursing safety hazards for elderly diabetes patients in the endocrine department, improve the quality of nursing, further explore the management countermeasures and effects of nursing safety hazards, and provide reference for clinical practice.
Methods From January 2022 to December 2022, 703 elderly patients with diabetes diagnosed and treated in the Department of Endocrinology of our hospital during the study period were selected as the clinical research objectives. The patients were divided into two groups according to the time sequence of treatment. The control group (351 cases), the observation group (352 cases), Compare the clinical nursing effect according to the research data (carry out data research from the incidence of adverse events, nursing quality and nursing satisfaction).
Results Statistical studies have shown that the observation group that carried out prevention and management of nursing safety hazards has significantly better nursing quality and satisfaction than the control group, with a lower incidence of adverse events and significant data differences (P<0.05), indicating comparative significance.
Conclusion   The analysis shows that the management of nursing safety hazards can effectively reduce the risk of safety hazards in elderly patients with diabetes in the endocrine department, improve the quality of care, nursing satisfaction, and the nursing effect is significant, with good application value. It is suggested to vigorously promote the application of this program.
