摘要
目的 探讨腔镜甲状腺切除患者围术期护理干预措施和效果。方法 将我院 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 12
月 80 例腔镜甲状腺切除患者，抽签法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施围术期护理干预措施。比较两
组护理前后不良情绪得分、生存质量得分、满意度、并发症率。结果 实验组不良情绪得分低于对照组，生存质
量得分高于对照组，满意度高于对照组，并发症率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 腔镜甲状腺切除患者实施围术
期护理干预措施效果确切。

Abstract
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing intervention measures and effects of endoscopic
thyroidectomy. Methods 80 patients with endoscopic thyroidectomy in our hospital from January 2021 to December
2022 were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental
group was given perioperative nursing intervention measures. The scores of adverse emotion, quality of life, satisfaction
and complication rate were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The score of adverse
emotion in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the score of quality of life was higher than
that in the control group, the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, and the complication rate was lower
than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of perioperative nursing intervention in patients with
endoscopic thyroidectomy is accurate.
