摘要
总结 1 例胃癌肝转移腹腔积液行全胃切除+复杂肠粘连松解术后 10 天，拔除胃引流管后引流口渗
漏导致腹部皮肤伤口周围皮炎的护理方法。通过评估引流口及全身情况，分析渗漏原因，制定治疗护理方案，综
合运用伤口造口护理方法，予患者心理护理及健康教育，加强营养支持，通过 9 天处理，该患者腹部皮肤伤口周
围皮炎痊愈，护理效果满意。

Abstract
To summarize the nursing methods of abdominal skin wound surrounding dermatitis caused by
drainage leakage after gastric drainage tube removal 10 days after total gastrectomy plus complex intestinal adhesion
release of abdominal fluid with hepatic metastasis in a case of gastric cancer. Drainage by assessmentOral and systemic
conditions were analyzed, the causes of leakage were analyzed, and treatment and nursing plans were formulated. The
wound stomy nursing method was comprehensively applied, psychological nursing and health education were provided
to the patient, and nutritional support was strengthened. After 9 days of treatment, the patient was cured of dermatitis
around the abdominal skin wound and the nursing effect was satisfactory.
