Application value of Scrum empowering training mode nursing in improving the quality of nursing care forobstetric critical patients
Scrum 赋能培训模式护理在提高产科急危重症患者护理质量中的应用价值

摘要

目的 分析在提高产科急危重症患者护理质量过程中 Scrum 赋能培训模式护理的临床价值。方法 将 某院 2020 年 1 月-2021 年 1 月期间在产科接受治疗的 80 例急危重症患者按照数字分组法分为对照组与研究组， 两组患者均为 40 例。对照组患者接受常规重症监护护理，研究组患者接受 Scrum 赋能培训模式护理。对两组患 者并发生发生率、护理质量评分等临床指标进行分析。结果 对照组患者并发症发生率显著高于研究组，组间数 据比较差异有统计学价值（P＜0.05）。且护理后研究组患者护理质量量表评分显著优于对照组，数据差异有统 计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 利用 Scrum 赋能培训模式护理不仅能在产科急危重症患者护理中有效控制并发症发 生率，同时还能在提高护理质量的同时发挥护理优势，有助于护理工作的顺利开展。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical value of Scrum empowering training mode nursing in the process of improving the quality of nursing care for obstetric critical patients.
Methods 80 patients with acute and critical illness who were treated in obstetrics in a hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were divided into control group and study group according to the digital grouping method, with 40 patients in both groups. Patients in the control group received routine intensive care care, while patients in the study group received Scrum empowerment training mode. The incidence of complications, nursing quality score and other clinical indicators of the two groups were analyzed.
Results The incidence of complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the study group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the score of nursing quality scale of patients in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the data difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Scrum empowering training mode can not only effectively control the incidence of complications in the nursing of obstetric critical patients, but also improve the quality of nursing while giving full play to nursing advantages, which is conducive to the smooth development of nursing work.
