Application of risk management in skin care of neurosurgical inpatients
风险管理在神经外科住院患者皮肤护理中的应用

摘要

目的 为降低不同因素导致的神经外科住院患者皮肤损伤发生率，更好促进患者预后，对风险管理 的应用效果作进一步探究，为临床提供有效参考依据。方法 回顾本院神经外科住院患者 100 例，统计其 2022 年 1 月至 2023 年 1 月相关资料，开展数字法分组研究，对照组 50 例采用常规护理，观察组 50 例采用风险管理护 理，对比观察两组患者因护理人员、家属、环境因素不同因素导致的皮肤损伤情况。结果 统计研究表明，两组 患者在采取不同的护理方法后，通过风险管理护理的观察组因护理人员、家属、环境因素不同因素导致的皮肤损 伤发生率明显更低（P＜0.05），数据差异明显，存在对比意义。结论 分析表明，对神经外科住院患者的皮肤护 理中使用风险管理，因护理人员、家属、环境因素不同因素导致的皮肤损伤发生率更低，更好促进患者预后，护 理效果显著，应用价值良好，对此建议在临床中大力推广应用。

Abstract

Objective: In order to reduce the incidence of skin injury in neurosurgery inpatients caused by different factors, and better promote the prognosis of patients, to further explore the application effect of risk management, and to provide effective reference for clinical practice.
Methods: 100 inpatients of neurosurgery in our hospital were reviewed, and the relevant data from January 2022 to January 2023 were collected. A digital grouping study was carried out. 50 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, and 50 patients in the observation group were treated with risk management nursing. The skin injury caused by different factors such as nursing staff, family and environmental factors in the two groups were compared and observed.
Results: The statistical study showed that after the two groups of patients took different nursing methods, the incidence of skin injury caused by different factors of nursing staff, family members and environmental factors in the observation group through risk management nursing was significantly lower (P<0.05)，Significant differences in data with comparative significance.
Conclusion  : The analysis shows that the use of risk management in the skin care of neurosurgery inpatients has a lower incidence of skin injury caused by different factors such as nursing staff, family members and environmental factors, which can better promote the prognosis of patients, with significant nursing effect and good application value. It is recommended to vigorously promote the application in clinical practice.
