The value of humanistic care in hemodialysis treatment of patients with diabetes nephropathy
人文关怀护理在糖尿病肾病患者血液透析治疗中的价值

摘要

目的 探究人文关怀护理在糖尿病肾病患者血液透析治疗中的价值；方法 选择我院 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 9 月间纳入的糖尿病肾病患者 220 例为研究对象，利用随机数字表法将其按相同比例分为 2 组，对照组予以常 规护理，观察组予以人文关怀护理，对比两组患者治疗依从性、护理满意度、不良情绪、不良事件发生率；结果 观察组患者完全依从率（94%＞81%）、总满意度（100%＞94.55%）均高于对照组，SDS 评分（36.85±4.62＜ 50.17±4.33）分、SAS 评分（34.16±2.14＜48.57±2.85）分，血管栓塞、感染、低血糖、心率失常等不良事件总发 生率（2.73%＜15.45%）低于对照组，P＜0.05；结论 在糖尿病肾病患者血液透析治疗中，人文关怀护理模式可 推动患者生活品质的提高，增强其治疗信心，改善预后，临床效果显著，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the value of humanistic care in hemodialysis treatment of patients with diabetes nephropathy;
Methods 220 patients with diabetes nephropathy included in our hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups according to the same proportion by using the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given humanistic care. The treatment compliance, nursing satisfaction, adverse emotions and adverse event rates of the two groups were compared;
Results The complete compliance rate (94%>81%) and total satisfaction rate (100%>94.55%) of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. SDS scores (36.85 ± 4.62<50.17 ± 4.33) and SAS scores (34.16 ± 2.14<48.57 ± 2.85) were higher than those in the control group. The total incidence of adverse events such as vascular embolism, infection, hypoglycemia and arrhythmia (2.73%<15.45%) were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);
Conclusion   in the hemodialysis treatment of patients with diabetes nephropathy, humanistic care nursing mode can promote the improvement of patients' quality of life, enhance their confidence in treatment and improve prognosis. The clinical effect is remarkable, and it is worth promoting.
