优化沟通模式对于小儿静脉输液穿刺成功率的影响

摘要

目的 探讨分析优化沟通模式对于小儿静脉输液穿刺成功率的影响。方法 本研究启动时间定在 2020 年 1 月，结尾时间定在 2022 年 12 月，按照电脑随机抽选程序的步骤，于上述时间内抽选出在我院所收治的接受 小儿静脉输液治疗患儿 142 例成为本研究探索对象，以不同的方式进行组别划分，其一为总 71 例接受常规护理 的对照组，其二为总 71 例接受优化沟通模式干预的观察组，对患者最终所拥有的成效情况进行比较与分析。结 果 出现疼痛程度均更高的一个组别为对照组（P＜0.05）。存在并发症概率更高的为对照组，一次性穿刺率更高 的为观察组（P＜0.05）。结论 对于接受静脉输液穿刺治疗的儿童来说，对其通过优化沟通的模式开展相应的疾 病治疗工作，疼痛减轻，一次性穿刺成功率提升，并发症得到有效控制与缓解。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the influence of optimized communication mode on the success rate of intravenous infusion puncture in children.
Methods The study was started in January 2020 and ended in December 2022. According to the steps of the computer random selection procedure, 142 children who were treated with intravenous infusion of children in our hospital were selected as the objects of the study, and divided into groups in different ways. The first group was a control group with 71 patients receiving routine care, and the second group was an observation group with 71 patients receiving optimized communication mode intervention, Compare and analyze the final results of patients.
Results The group with higher degree of pain was the control group (P<0.05). The control group had a higher probability of complications, and the observation group had a higher one-time puncture rate (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For children receiving intravenous infusion puncture treatment, the corresponding disease treatment work is carried out through the optimized communication mode, the pain is reduced, the one-time puncture success rate is increased, and the complications are effectively controlled and alleviated.
