整体护理干预在胆结石手术患者护理中的应用价值研究

摘要

目的 本文探析整体护理干预在胆结石手术患者护理中的应用价值。方法 此次研究时间为 2022 年 6 月-12 月期间，研究对象为在我院接受胆结石手术治疗的 120 例的患者，对比围术期不同护理措施下，两组患 者住院时间、并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果 研究组患者对护理满意度为 98.33%，并发症发生率为 3.33%， 住院时间为（6.23±0.96）d，对照组依次为 85.00%、15.00%和（8.39±1.52）d，P＜0.05 说明存在对比意义。结论 整体护理干预在胆结石手术患者护理中，能有效提患者对护理管理的满意度，减少并发症的发生，显著促进患者 康复速率，说明该方案在实际临床中的运用价值非常高，值得广泛推荐。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of holistic nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with gallstone surgery.
Methods This study was conducted from June to December 2022. The subjects of the study were 120 patients who received surgical treatment for gallstones in our hospital. The hospital stay, complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared under different perioperative nursing measures.
Results The patients' satisfaction with nursing in the study group was 98.33%, the incidence of complications was 3.33%, and the length of stay was (6.23±0.96) days. The patients in the control group were 85.00%, 15.00%, and (8.39±1.52) days respectively, P<0.05, indicating that there was a comparative significance.
Conclusion   Holistic nursing intervention can effectively improve patients' satisfaction with nursing management, reduce the occurrence of complications, and significantly promote the recovery rate of patients in the nursing care of patients with gallstone surgery, which shows that the program is of high value in practical clinical application and is worthy of wide recommendation.
