Evaluation of intervention effect of flexible management mode in obstetric nursing management
产科护理管理中运用柔性管理模式的干预效果评估

摘要

目的 产科患者具有特殊性，其临床工作中对护理质量要求较高，因此产科日常工作繁杂、工作量 较大，导致护理人员滋生负性情绪加重疲惫感，影响工作质量和工作效率，而本文旨在评估运用柔性管理模式对 产科护理管理干预的应用效果。方法 此次研究时间为 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 12 月期间，研究对象为此期间在我院 产科就诊的 260 例的患者和同期在产科服务的 30 名护理人员，经实施不同管理模式后，对比两组患者对护理管 理的满意度和护理人员的工作能力。结果 研究组患者对护理管理满意度为 99.23%，对照组为 87.69%，护理人员 工作能力在实施柔性管理模式后显著优于常规护理管理，P＜0.05 说明存在对比意义。结论 在产科护理管理中运 用柔性管理模式，能有有效提高护理人员的工作能力，和患者对护理管理的满意度，说明该方案在实际临床中的 运用价值非常高，值得广泛推荐。

Abstract

Objective Obstetrical patients have special characteristics, and their clinical work requires high quality of care. Therefore, the daily work of obstetrics is complicated and heavy, which leads to negative emotions among nursing staff, aggravate fatigue, and affect work quality and efficiency. This paper aims to evaluate the application effect of flexible management model on obstetric nursing management intervention.
Methods This study was conducted from January 2021 to December 2022. The subjects of the study were 260 patients who were in our hospital's obstetric department during this period and 30 nursing staff who were in obstetric department during the same period. After implementing different management modes, the patients' satisfaction with nursing management and the working ability of nursing staff were compared between the two groups.
Results The patients in the study group were 99.23% satisfied with nursing management, and the patients in the control group were 87.69% satisfied with nursing management. The working ability of nursing staff was significantly better than that of routine nursing management after implementing the flexible management mode, P.
Conclusion   The application of flexible management mode in obstetric nursing management can effectively improve the working ability of nursing staff and the satisfaction of patients with nursing management, which shows that the scheme is of high value in clinical application and is worth wide recommendation.
