The Application of PDCA Circulation Method in the Nursing Management of Hospital Infection
PDCA 循环法在医院感染护理管理中的应用

摘要

目的 针对 PDCA 循环法在医院感染护理管理中的应用效果展开分析。方法 选取 2020 年 1 月-2021 年 1 月期间我院在职的 120 名护理人员作为研究对象，根据实施 PDCA 循环法护理管理时间前后分为对照组和研 究组，各 60 例，对照组采用常规护理管理方式，研究组采用 PDCA 循环法，管理周期为 3 个月，比较两组护理 人员防护措施执行情况、护理管理效果及医院感染发生率。结果 研究组各项防护措施履行情况优于对照组，基 础护理、病房管理及护理态度评分高于对照组，医院感染发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 在医院感染护理管理中应用 PDCA 循环法，可有效增强护理人员防护意识，提升护理管理质量，对降低医 院感染率有重要意义，具有推广与应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA circulation method in the nursing management of nosocomial infection.
Methods selected during January 2020-January 2021, our 120 nursing staff as the research object, according to the PDCA cycle and nursing management time before and after the control group and 60 cases, control group, the control group using PDCA cycle, management cycle for 3 months, compare the two groups of nursing protection measures implementation, nursing management effect and the incidence of hospital infection.
Results The performance of various protective measures in the study group was better than that of the control group, the score of basic nursing, ward management and nursing attitude was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of nosocomial infection was lower than that of the control group. All the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion   The application of PDCA circulation method in hospital infection nursing management can effectively enhance the protection awareness of nursing staff, improve the quality of nursing management, has great significance to reduce the hospital infection rate, and has the promotion and application value.
