The value of palliative care model in the treatment of senile patients with terminal diseases
安宁疗护模式在老年疾病终末期患者治疗中的价值

摘要

目的 临床干预老年疾病终末期患者，予以安宁疗护的应用价值探究。方法 研究选取 2021 年 1 月～2022 年 12 月期间，我院共计纳入老年疾病终末期患者 100 例，参与分析，将纳入患者以护理服务进行分 组，研究组予以安宁疗护模式，对照组予以基础护理，每组 50 例，分析两组患者满意度、疼痛情况、心理情绪 等。结果 研究组护理满意度（100.00%）比较对照组护理满意度（86.00%）较高。研究组疼痛情况比较对照组 疼痛情况较轻。研究组患者心理情绪改善效果显著优于对照组患者，临床对比存在统计学差异，（P<0.05）。结 论 老年疾病终末期患者护理期间，予以安宁疗护模式，能够缓解患者疼痛感，稳定患者心理情绪，值得临床广 泛推荐使用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of hospice care in clinical intervention of elderly patients with end-stage diseases.
Methods During the period from January 2021 to December 2022, a total of 100 elderly patients with end-stage diseases were included in our hospital, and participated in the analysis. The included patients were divided into nursing service groups. The study group was given a tranquil care model, and the control group was given basic care. There were 50 patients in each group, and the satisfaction, pain, psychological mood, etc. of the two groups were analyzed.
Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group (100.00%) was higher than that of the control group (86.00%). The pain in the study group was lighter than that in the control group. The psychological and emotional improvement effect of patients in the study group was significantly better than that of patients in the control group, and there was statistical difference in clinical comparison (P<0.05).
Conclusion   During the nursing care of elderly patients with end-stage diseases, the tranquil treatment and nursing mode can relieve the pain of patients and stabilize the psychological mood of patients, which is worthy of wide clinical recommendation.
