Analysis of the effect of targeted nursing intervention on the prognosis of obese patients with endocrine disorders
针对性护理干预对内分泌失调型肥胖患者预后的影响分析

摘要

目的 为提高内分泌失调型肥胖患者的治疗依从性，改善生活质量，对针对性护理干预的应用效果 作进一步探究，为临床提供参考依据。方法 以 2022 年 1 月-2023 年 1 月为研究时间，并择取期间内在我院诊治 的内分泌失调型肥胖患者中的 100 例作为临床研究目标，依照患者治疗时间顺序予以分组，实施常规护理干预的 对照组（50 例）、实施针对性护理干预的观察组（50 例），根据研究数据对比临床护理效果（从患者治疗依从 性、生活质量评分、护理满意度展开数据研究）。结果 统计研究表明，两组患者在采取不同的护理方法后，通 过针对性护理干预的观察组患者治疗依从性、生活质量评分、护理满意度明显高于对照组，组间数据差异明显， P＜0.05，说明存在对比意义。结论 分析表明，针对性护理干预对内分泌失调型肥胖患者的治疗依从性有显著提 升作用，改善患者生活质量，提高患者满意度，应用价值良好，对此护理方案建议推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To improve the treatment compliance and quality of life of obese patients with endocrine disorders, further explore the application effect of targeted nursing intervention, and provide reference for clinical practice.
Methods Taking January 2022 to January 2023 as the study time, and selecting 100 patients with endocrine dysfunctional obesity diagnosed and treated in our hospital during the period as the clinical research target, the patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment time sequence, the control group (50 cases) with routine nursing intervention and the observation group (50 cases) with targeted nursing intervention, Compare the clinical nursing effect according to the research data (carry out data research from patients' treatment compliance, quality of life score, and nursing satisfaction).
Results The statistical study showed that the treatment compliance, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group through targeted nursing intervention after the two groups adopted different nursing methods. The data difference between the two groups was significant (P＜0.05).
Conclusion   The analysis shows that targeted nursing intervention can significantly improve the treatment compliance of obese patients with endocrine disorders, improve the quality of life of patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients. The nursing effect is significant and the application value is good. It is recommended to promote the application of this nursing plan.
