分层管理在护理人力资源管理中的作用

摘要

目的 分析在护理人力资源管理时采取分层管理的应用效果。方法 研究时间为 2021 年 6 月-2022 年 6 月，共计纳入护理人员 50 名作为研究对象，从 2021 年 6 月起将此 50 名护理人员进行分层管理，分层依据为 护理人员的工作年限、学历、个人能力以及职称等，对实施分层管理前后护理人员的护理质量考核成绩以及患者、 医生对护理人员的满意度进行比较。结果 实施分层管理后护理人员的护理质量考核成绩比实施前高，且实施分 层管理后患者以及医生对护理人员的满意度评分均比实施前高（P＜0.05）。结论 在护理人力资源管理过程中实 施分层管理可提高护理人员的护理质量，同时可提高患者以及医生对护理人员的满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of stratified management in nursing human resource management.
Methods study time for June 2021-June 2022, a total of 50 nursing staff as a research object, since June 2021 the 50 nursing staff layered management, layered basis for the working years of nurses, education, personal ability and title, before and after the implementation of hierarchical management nursing quality assessment performance and patients and doctors compare the satisfaction of nursing staff.
Results And the nursing quality assessment score of nursing staff was higher than before the implementation, and the satisfaction scores of patients and doctors were higher than before the implementation (P <0.05).
Conclusion   The stratified management in the process of nursing human resource management can improve the quality of nursing staff and improve the satisfaction of patients and doctors with nursing staff.
