摘要
目的 探讨安脱达脱敏治疗哮喘患儿的临床疗效及护理干预。方法 选取 2020 年 1 月－2022 年 1 月
期间，来我院治疗的 100 例哮喘患儿作为调查研究对象，采用随机表法的方式将其分为对照组和观察组，每组人
数均 50 例，对照组采用常规治疗连同护理干预，而观察组在对照的基础上施加安脱达脱敏治疗。随后对两组患
者治疗效果、家属满意度等进行评测。结果 通过分析两组患者在不同护理方式下的数值变化，观察组在组间患
者哮喘控制模式评分、呼气流速峰值比较中高于对照组，组间差异较大，具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论 通过
为哮喘患儿实施安脱达敏脱治疗及护理干预，可有效改善哮喘患儿临床病症，提高护理满意度，适宜临床推广应
用。

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and nursing intervention of Anda desensitization in children
with asthma. Method selected during January 2020-January 2022, to our treatment of 100 cases of asthma children as a
research object, using random table method is divided into control group and observation group, each group of 50 cases,
control group using conventional treatment together with nursing intervention, and observation group on the basis of the
control anta desensitization treatment. Subsequently, the treatment effect and family satisfaction of the two groups were
evaluated. Results By analyzing the numerical changes of the two groups under different types of care methods, the
observation group was higher in the asthma control pattern score and peak expiratory flow rate than the control group,
and it was statistically significant, P <0.05. Conclusion By implementing the desensitization treatment and nursing
intervention for asthma children, it can effectively improve their clinical symptoms, improve their nursing satisfaction,
and be suitable for clinical application. Key words Anda desensitization; asthma; nursing
