摘要
目的 分析将系统规范化培训应用于新入职护士带教中的效果。方法 择 2017 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月我
院新入职的 30 名护士纳入本次研究,研究均分两组,分别实施常规基本带教(参照组 15 例)以及系统规范化培
训(研究组 15 例),鉴于带教方式不同,统计两组带教前后各项考试成绩以及带教满意度评分,并将数据整合求
各组均值后进行组间对比。结果 培训前:研究组 VS 参照组,理论考核成绩、工作能力考核成绩(应变能力、
规范动手能力、人性化关怀、规范动手能力、人性化关怀、临床护理思维、病情观察评估、沟通能力、专业知识
点、实际操作)各项数据组间对比 P>0.05;培训后两组上述情况对比各项数据组间对比 P<0.05;带教工作满意
度评分,两组提高查阅文献的能力、提高护理临床实践的能力、促进师生之间的交流、对促进专科知识的掌握、
提高发现问题解决问题的能力,研究组 VS 参照组 P<0.05。结论 将系统规范化培训应用于新入职护士带教中的
效果明显,可全面提升护士的护理技能,进而提高临床护理质量,效果得到认可,值得推广及应用。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of applying systematic standardized training to the teaching of new
nurses. Methods Fifty newly enrolled nurses in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2022 were selected to be
included in this study. The study was divided into two groups, which respectively implemented routine basic training (25
cases in the reference group) and systematic standardized training (25 cases in the study group). In view of the different
teaching methods, the scores of various examinations and satisfaction scores of the two groups before and after teaching
were counted. The data were integrated to calculate the mean value of each group and then the comparison between
groups was conducted. Results Before training: study group VS reference group, theoretical assessment scores, work
ability assessment scores (strain ability, practice ability, humanized care, practice ability, humanized care, clinical nursing
thinking, disease observation and evaluation, communication ability, professional knowledge points, practical operation)
among various data groups P>0.05; After the training, the two groups were compared in terms of appeals. The
satisfaction score of teaching work, the two groups improved the ability of literature review, improve the ability of
nursing clinical practice, promote the communication between teachers and students, promote the mastery of specialized
knowledge, improve the ability of problem finding and problem solving, the study group VS the reference group P<0.05.
Conclusion The application of systematic standardized training to the teaching of new nurses has obvious effect, can
comprehensively improve the nursing skills of nurses, and then improve the quality of clinical nursing, the effect has
been recognized, worthy of promotion and application.
