Seamless docking nursing to improve nursing efficiency of acute digestive endoscopy
无缝隙对接护理提升急性消化内镜护理效率

摘要

目的 探究无缝隙对接护理对提升急性消化内镜护理效率的影响。方法 选取我院 2020 年 1 月-2022 年 10 月期间收治的 100 例行急性消化内镜检查患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=50）和观察组（n=50）， 对照组患者实施常规护理干预，观察组患者实施无缝隙对接护理干预，对比两组患者相关指标。结果 观察组临 床相关指标、SAS、SDS 评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率 6.00%低于对照组 22.00%（P＜0.05）； 观察组护理满意度 94.00%高于对照组 80.00%（P＜0.05）；观察组患者依从率 92.00%高于对照组 74.00%（P＜0.05）。 结论 将无缝隙对接护理应用于急性消化内镜检查患者的护理治疗中，可以减少患者负面情绪以及并发症的发生， 提高患者护理满意度以及依从性，提高急性消化内镜护理效率。

Abstract

Objective To explore the influence of seamless docking nursing on improving the nursing efficiency of acute digestive endoscopy.
Methods 100 patients with acute digestive endoscopy admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were randomly divided into the control group (n=50) and the observation group (n=50). The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention, while the patients in the observation group received seamless docking nursing intervention, and the relevant indicators of the two groups were compared.
Results The scores of clinical related indexes, SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.00% lower than that in the control group (22.00%, P<0.05); 94.00% of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P<0.05); The compliance rate of patients in the observation group was 92.00% higher than that in the control group (74.00%, P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of seamless docking nursing in the nursing treatment of patients with acute digestive endoscopy can reduce the occurrence of negative emotions and complications of patients, improve patient satisfaction and compliance, and improve the efficiency of acute digestive endoscopy nursing.
