Observation of orthopedic nursing effect in elderly patients with degenerative knee lesions
膝关节退行性病变老年病人的骨科护理效果观察

摘要

目的 针对膝关节退行性病变老年患者实施护理指导，重点讨论骨科护理的针对性措施，致力于缓 解病痛，改善老年人的生活质量。方法 针对 80 例膝关节退行性病变患者为对象，时间为 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 9 月，按照随机分组法将患者划分为两个组别，对照组为常规护理，观察组为骨科针对性护理，对比护理成果。结 果 从数据可见，观察组患者的护理优良率高于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的膝关节症状 缓解时间明显短于对照组，组间对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。同时，在生活质量指标中，观察组患者数 据高于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。最后，在满意度评价中，观察组评分高于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。 结论 采用骨科针对性护理对于膝关节退行性病变患者，有助于病情缓解，提升生活质量，故值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To implement nursing guidance for elderly patients with knee degenerative lesions, to focus on the targeted measures of orthopedic nursing, and to alleviate pain and improve the quality of life of the elderly.
Methods For 80 patients with degenerative knee lesions, from January 2021 to September 2022, the patients were divided into two groups according to the randomization method, the control group was routine care, the observation group was targeted orthopedic care, and the nursing results were compared.
Results According to the data, the rate of excellent care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The relief time of knee symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the comparative difference between the groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Meanwhile, in the case of QOL index, the patient data in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with significant differences (P <0.05). Finally, in the satisfaction evaluation, the observation group had higher scores than the control group, with significant differences (P <0.05).
Conclusion   For the patients with degenerative knee joint lesions, it can help to relieve the disease and improve the quality of life, so it is worth promoting.
