摘要
目的 观察肾炎患者人文关怀应用于护理中价值。方法 我院收治 2021 年 1 月～2022 年 1 月 100 例
肾炎患者，随机抽签法分对照组（常规护理）、观察组（常规护理+人文关怀），观察效果。结果 护理后，观察
组焦虑评分、抑郁评分较对照组低（P＜0.05），观察组生活质量各项评分、专业满意度、舒适满意度、环境满
意度较对照组高（P＜0.05）。结论 人文关怀应用肾炎患者护理中，提高护理质量，改善患者心理与生活，提高
满意度，可推广。

Abstract
Objective To observe the value of humanistic care for patients with nephritis. Methods 100 patients
with nephritis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into control group
(routine nursing) and observation group (routine nursing + humanistic care). Results After nursing, the observation group
anxiety score, depression score was lower than the control group (P < 0.05), the observation group quality of life scores,
professional satisfaction, comfort satisfaction, environmental satisfaction was higher than the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion The application of humanistic care in the nursing of patients with nephritis can improve the quality of
nursing, improve patients' psychology and life, and increase satisfaction.
