护理干预对慢性肝病患者心理状态的影响效果分析

摘要

目的 针对慢性肝病患者的开展护理指导，关注患者心理状态的影响因素以及干预成果。方法 试验 将选取 2019 年 1 月至 2020 年 1 月期间在我院进行治疗的慢性肝病患者作为试验对象，共计选取 50 例。采用随 机分组的方式将其分为观察组和对照组，每组 25 例。其中对照组患者采用常规护理，而观察组患者则采用护理 干预措施，随后对比两组患者的心理状态。结果 由数据可知，观察组患者对于护理的满意度要显著高于对照组 患者的满意度，且护理之后观察组患者的 SDS 评分以及 SAS 评分要显著优于对照组，组间对比差异显著有统计 学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对于慢性肝病患者采用护理干预能够有效地提高患者的护理满意度，同时还能够有效 地降低患者的焦虑以及与抑郁情绪，应用价值显著，可进行广泛推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the psychological state of patients with chronic liver disease.
Methods A total of 50 patients with chronic liver disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the experimental subjects. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, and patients in the observation group were treated with nursing intervention measures, and then compared the psychological state of patients in the two groups.
Results According to the data, the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group, and the SDS score and SAS score of patients in the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group after nursing, and the difference between groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The use of nursing intervention for patients with chronic liver disease can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, but also can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression of patients, significant application value, can be widely promoted.
