细节管理在健康体检人群中的应用及效果

摘要

目的 探究分析细节管理在健康体检人群中的应用及效果。方法 选取于 2021 年 9 月至 2022 年 9 月，至我院接 受健康体检的人群共 100 例，作为本次研究对象。根据体检者的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将 100 例体 检者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规管理模式进行干预；观察组采用细节管理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组 以及观察组的服务质量、体检所用时间。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 在对接受健康体检的人群进行干预的过程 中，采用细节管理模式进行干预，能够有效提升服务的质量、同时能够显著改善体检所用时间，在实际应用的过程中具有优 良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the application and effect of detail management in healthy physical examination population.
Methods A total of 100 patients who received physical examination in our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as subjects of this study. According to the admission sequence number of the physical examination subjects, 100 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by means of random number grouping. The control group was treated with conventional management mode. The observation group used detail management mode for intervention. The service quality and physical examination time of the control group and the observation group were compared and analyzed.
Results The observation group was superior to the control group, P < 0.05.
Conclusion   In the process of intervention for people receiving physical examination, the use of detail management mode can effectively improve the quality of service, and can significantly improve the time of physical examination. In the process of practical application, it has a good effect, worthy of further promotion and application.
