Application of tracking methodology in quality control of hospital infection management for patients withendoscopic diagnosis in digestive medicine
追踪方法学在消化内科内镜诊断患者医院感染管理质量控制中的应用

摘要

目的 分析消化内科内镜诊断患者医院感染管理质量控制中采取追踪方法学应用效果。方法 将本院 于 2019 年 12 月-2022 年 12 月期间采取消化内科内镜诊断 100 例患者为研究对象。其中 2019 年 12 月-2021 年 12 月内镜诊断患者医院感染管理质量控制中采取常规管理 50 例患者为参考组。于 2022 年 1 月-2022 年 12 月期间采 取追踪方法学的 50 例患者为实验组。比较 2 组干预效果。结果 实验组医院感染率、医患纠纷发生率较低（P＜ 0.05）。实验组满意度较高（P＜0.05）。结论 消化内科内镜诊断患者医院感染管理质量控制中施行追踪方法学 可减少医院感染率、医患纠纷发生率，可确保患者的安全性，患者较为满意。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of tracking methodology in the quality control of hospital infection management for patients with endoscopic diagnosis in digestive medicine.
Methods From December 2019 to December 2022, 100 patients were diagnosed by endoscopy in the department of gastroenterology. Among them, from December 2019 to December 2021, 50 patients with routine management were taken as the reference group in the quality control of hospital infection management for endoscopic diagnosis patients. 50 patients with follow-up methodology from January 2022 to December 2022 were the experimental group. Compare the effect of intervention between the two groups.
Results The incidence of hospital infection and doctor-patient disputes in the experimental group was lower (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of tracking methodology in the quality control of hospital infection management in patients with endoscopic diagnosis of digestive medicine can reduce the incidence of hospital infection and doctor-patient disputes, and ensure the safety of patients. The patients are satisfied.
