胰岛素泵强化治疗 2 型糖尿病的护理策略分析

摘要

目的 探究分析胰岛素泵强化治疗 2 型糖尿病的护理策略。方法 选取于 2021 年 4 月至 2022 年 4 月， 我院收治的 2 型糖尿病患者共 100 例，作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组的 方式，将 100 例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预；观察组采用综合护理模式 进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组的护理满意度；血糖指标；以及生活质量。结果 经护理干预后，观察组 在护理满意度；血糖指标；以及生活质量方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 在 对 2 型糖尿病患者进行治疗的过程中，采用综合护理模式对患者进行干预，能够有效提升患者的护理满意度以及 生活质量，同时能够显著改善患者的血糖指标，在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the nursing strategy of intensive treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with insulin pump.
Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the admission sequence number of patients, 100 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by means of random number grouping. The control group was treated with routine nursing mode. The observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing mode. The nursing satisfaction of the control group and the observation group was compared and analyzed. Blood glucose index; And quality of life. The result After nursing intervention, the observation group in nursing satisfaction; Blood glucose index; The quality of life was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant.
Conclusion   In the treatment process of type 2 diabetes patients, the use of comprehensive nursing mode for patient intervention, can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients, and can significantly improve the blood sugar index of patients, in the process of practical application has a good effect, worthy of further promotion and application.
