Effect of quality control circle on compliance with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in COPDpatients
品管圈对 COPD 患者行无创正压通气治疗依从性的影响

摘要

目的 针对品管圈对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者行无创正压通气治疗依从性的影响展开分析。 方法 选取我院 2020 年 1 月-2021 年 1 月期间收治的 100 例 COPD 患者作为研究对象，根据开展品管圈活动时间 前后分为对照组和研究组，各 50 例，对照组应用常规护理，研究组开展品管圈活动，比较两组患者对无创呼吸 机治疗依从性及生活质量评分。结果 研究组无创呼吸机治疗依从率、生理功能、躯体疼痛、精神健康及一般健 康状态评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 应用品管圈可有效提高 COPD 患者对无创正 压通气治疗的依从性，减少治疗过程中不良反应的发生，有助于促进患者恢复，提升患者生活质量，提高患者护 理满意度，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of quality control circle on the treatment compliance of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation.
Methods 100 cases of COPD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as research objects. According to the quality control circle activities before and after, they were divided into control group and study group, 50 cases each. The control group applied routine nursing, the study group carried out quality control circle activities, and the two groups of patients were compared on the treatment compliance of non-invasive ventilator and quality of life score.
Results The non-invasive ventilator treatment compliance rate, physiological function, body pain, mental health and general health status scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  s The application tube ring can effectively improve the compliance of COPD patients to non-invasive positive pressure ventilation therapy, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions in the treatment process, help to promote the recovery of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, improve patient satisfaction with nursing, and is worthy of promotion and application.
