分析急性脑梗死机械取栓护理中精细化护理管理的应用

摘要

目的 本文探析急性脑梗死机械取栓护理中精细化护理管理的应用效果。方法 选取 2019 年 5 月至 2022 年 5 月期间，在我院治接受机械取栓治疗的 40 例急性脑梗死患者，根据随机数字表法将所有患 者平均分为常规护理组和研究护理组，每组各 20 例患者，并对其进行回顾性分析，对比两组患者患者护理 满意度及并发症发生情况。结果 研究护理组护理满意度高达 95.00%，并发症发生率为 10.00%，常规护理 组分别为 75.00%和 35.00%，P＜0.05 说明存在对比意义。结论 机械取栓术在急性脑梗死患者的治疗价值非 常高，其具有较多的优势，而对患者进行机械取栓后实施精细化护理管理措施，有效降低术后并发症的发 生，并大幅度提高患者护理满意度，对患者的康复起到重要作用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of fine nursing management in mechanical thrombectomy nursing of acute cerebral infarction.
Methods From May 2019 to May 2022, 40 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated by mechanical thrombectomy in our hospital were selected. All patients were divided into routine nursing group and research nursing group according to random number table.20 patients in each group were analyzed retrospectively, and the patient satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared.
Results The nursing satisfaction of the study nursing group was as high as 95.00%, the complication rate was 10.00%, and that of the routine nursing group was 75.00% and 35.00% respectively, P<0.05 indicating that there was a comparative significance.
Conclusion   Mechanical thrombectomy has a very high therapeutic value in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and it has many advantages. The implementation of fine nursing management measures for patients after mechanical thrombectomy can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, and greatly improve patient satisfaction with nursing, which plays an important role in the rehabilitation of patients.
