Analysis of the effect of comprehensive nursing measures on the rehabilitation of patients with lumbarfracture, spinal cord injury and diabetes
综合护理措施在腰椎骨折伴脊髓损伤合并糖尿病患者中的康复效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨综合护理措施在腰椎骨折伴脊髓损伤合并糖尿病患者中的康复效果影响。方法 随 机选取我院 2020年 8 月-2021年 8月治疗腰椎骨折伴脊髓损伤合并糖尿病患者（共 92例）作为参考对象， 分为参照组 46 人与试验组 46 人，参照组采用常规护理，试验组采用综合护理措施。对比两组患者生活质 量评分。结果 采用综合护理措施，治疗腰椎骨折伴脊髓损伤合并糖尿病患者的生活质量评分，试验组优于 参照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 通过数据结果分析得出，治疗腰椎骨折伴脊髓损伤合并糖尿 病患者应用综合护理有助于提高患者日常生活质量，值得应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing measures on the rehabilitation of patients with lumbar fracture, spinal cord injury and diabetes.
Methods Randomly select 92 patients (total 92 cases) with lumbar fracture with spinal cord injury and diabetes who were treated in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 as the reference objects, and divide them into a reference group of 46 people and a test group of 46 people. The reference group adopts routine nursing, and the test group adopts comprehensive nursing measures. The quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.
Results The quality of life score of the patients with lumbar fracture, spinal cord injury and diabetes treated by comprehensive nursing measures in the test group was better than that in the reference group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Through the analysis of data results, it is concluded that the application of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of lumbar fracture with spinal cord injury combined with diabetes is helpful to improve the quality of daily life of patients, and is worthy of application.
