Stanford B 型主动脉夹层腔内隔绝术的围手术期护理分析

摘要

目的 分析 Stanford B 型主动脉夹层腔内隔绝术的围手术期护理情况。方法 选择我院 2020 年 1 月到 2022 年 1 月接收的 50 例 Stanford B 型主动脉夹层腔内隔绝术患者为研究对象，将其按照随机数表方 式分组，25 例实施常规护理，设定为对照组，25 例实施围手术期护理，设定为观察组，分析两组护理效果 差异。结果 观察组护理配合度明显高于对照组，观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组，观察组护理后 SAS、 SDS 评分明显低于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 Stanford B 型主动脉夹层腔内隔绝术的围手术期护理能够提 高患者护理配合度，降低术后并发症发生风险，并且还能改善心理状况，值得临床重视并积极推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing of Stanford B aortic dissection with endovascular exclusion.
Methods 50 patients with Stanford B aortic dissection who received endovascular exclusion from January 2020 to January 2022 in our hospital were selected as the study objects. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table. 25 patients received routine care, set as the control group, 25 patients received perioperative care, and set as the observation group. The differences between the two groups were analyzed.
Results The degree of nursing cooperation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Perioperative nursing of Stanford B aortic dissection with endovascular exclusion can improve the patient's nursing cooperation, reduce the risk of postoperative complications, and improve the psychological status, which is worthy of clinical attention and active promotion.
