摘要
目的 探讨分析个性化护理对提高风湿免疫科患者满意度的情况。方法 研究着手时间与终止
时间分别为 2021 年 7 月与 2022 年 3 月,通过电脑编辑下的随机初选程序,在上述所提这段时间内,选择
我院接受治疗的风湿免疫科患者 102 例作为本次研究的探讨对象,将其划分为两个不同组别,前组为共计
51 例使用常规护理的对照组,后组为共计 51 例使用个性化护理的观察组,对患者最终所拥有的临床成效进
行相互之间的比较与分析。结果 终所拥有的满意度相对更高的一个组别为观察组(P<0.05)。患者所拥有
的心理状态评分均更低的一个组别为观察组(P<0.05)。结论 对于在风湿免疫科接受治疗的患者而言,对
其治疗过程中施以个性化护理开展相应的干预工作,让患者能够对临床医护人员的满意度得到有效提升,
拥有更加稳定的心理情绪。

Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of individualized nursing on the satisfaction of
patients in the department of rheumatism and immunology. Methods The starting time and ending time of the
study were July 2021 and March 2022 respectively. During the above mentioned period, 102 patients from the
Rheumatology and Immunology Department in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study through the
random primary selection program edited by the computer. They were divided into two different groups. The
former group was the control group with 51 cases of conventional care, and the latter group was the observation
group with 51 cases of personalized care, Compare and analyze the final clinical effects of patients. Results The
observation group had a higher degree of satisfaction (P<0.05). The observation group had a lower psychological
status score (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients receiving treatment in the Rheumatology and Immunology
Department, personalized nursing should be applied to carry out corresponding interventions during the treatment
process, so that patients can effectively improve their satisfaction with clinical medical staff and have more stable
psychological emotions.
