Effect of operating room nursing on patients with uterine fibroids and diabetes
手术室护理对子宫肌瘤伴糖尿病患者的效果

摘要

目的 探究子宫肌瘤伴糖尿病患者接受手术室护理干预的效果。方法 本研究预计设置两组患 者进行效果对比，将研究对象选取时间范围定为 2021 年 10 月至 2022 年 10 月期间，随机选取 110 例，抽 签法平均分为 55 例对照组及 55 例试验组，对比两组患者围术期指标及血糖水平指标。结果 试验组患者接 受护理干预后，围术期各指标及血糖水平指标均优于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 手术室护理对于子宫肌瘤 伴糖尿病患者而言，能够有效缓解患者焦虑情绪，维持患者正常血糖水平，降低手术对患者造成的伤害， 有利于患者早日康复出院。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in operating room for patients with uterine fibroids and diabetes.
Methods This study is expected to set up two groups of patients to compare the effects. The selected time range is from October 2021 to October 2022. 110 patients were randomly selected, and 55 patients were divided into the control group and 55 patients in the test group by drawing lots. The perioperative indicators, negative emotion scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results After receiving nursing intervention, the perioperative indexes and negative emotion scores of the patients in the test group were better than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was also higher than that of the patients in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with uterine fibroids and diabetes, operating room nursing can effectively alleviate their anxiety, maintain their normal blood sugar level, reduce the damage caused by surgery, and help patients recover and leave hospital as soon as possible.
